A partner who can help you decide what to do — and then get it done.
Kinegenic engagements are led by a principal with the experience to operate as an executive partner and an operator: strategy at the board table, execution alongside the team.

Barbara Correll
Connect on LinkedInBarbara has spent more than twenty-five years in healthcare, the last fifteen-plus leading marketing and growth for healthcare technology, data and analytics companies. Her path was a less typical one: she began in corporate wellness before moving into program management and public affairs at the American Medical Association, then built her communications and brand craft at leading global firms before stepping into health-tech marketing leadership. That range gives her uncommon depth in both positioning and execution.
The early years in healthcare program management and public affairs shaped how she thinks about positioning, brand and reputation. It is not where she focuses now, but it makes the health-tech work sharper.
Over the past two decades she has led product launches, go-to-market execution, rebranding and repositioning, demand generation, customer engagement, marketing transformation and team build-outs. She has partnered with CEOs, founders, boards and PE operating partners through launches, category positioning, rebrands, acquisitions and scale.
Today she helps healthcare technology, digital health and adjacent organizations decide what to do next, then personally leads the work that gets it done, including pragmatic AI-enabled modernization across marketing.
Barbara holds a bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and a master's with a concentration in healthcare administration and policy from DePaul University, and recently completed AI Strategies for Business Transformation: Agentic and Generative Intelligence at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. She has served on several nonprofit boards and is a member of Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Healthcare Industry Foundation (WBL).

The name is the philosophy.
Kine, from kinetic, is movement. Genic is to generate, to create.
Together, Kinegenic describes the work itself: helping organizations create momentum where there was inertia, and movement where there was hesitation. Growth is not an event. It is a system of decisions, capabilities and habits that produces motion over time.
Our role is to help leaders build that system, and to lead alongside them while it takes hold.
